Create a launch plan for a confident start to college
In-Person (Option 1): Sundays from 5:15–6:45 PM
In-Person (Option 2): Mondays from 6:15–7:45 PM
Virtual: Thursdays from 9:15-10:45am (via secure video)
All groups meet every other week starting June 1
Starts: June 1. 6 total sessions, 1.5 hours each

Heidi Augsburger, Ph.D., LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor and associate adjunct professor at the University of Indianapolis in the Department of Psychological Sciences. She also teaches undergraduate psychology at Trine University and graduate courses in the Mental Health and Wellness program at Grand Canyon University. With over 4 years of academic teaching experience and a doctoral focus in performance psychology, she specializes in helping people build confidence, resilience, and mental wellness.
