Is this therapy?
No. These programs are educational and designed to provide information, tools, and community support. They are not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

What if I can’t attend live?
Workshop participants will receive a recording to watch at their convenience. Group sessions are intended to be attended live, but occasional absences can be accommodated.

Can I join if I live outside Indiana, Florida, or Utah?
Due to licensing and ethical considerations, these programs are only available to residents of Indiana, Florida, and Utah.

What if I’m not sure which option is right for me?
